These terms govern your use of karbuna.com (the "website"), which is operated by Karbuna Management Limited ("Karbuna", "we", "us"), a company registered in the Dubai International Financial Centre (DIFC) with registration number 13050, of Level 1, Gate Avenue, South Zone, DIFC, Dubai, United Arab Emirates. By using the website, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the website.

The content of the website is general information about Karbuna and its work. It is not:

Karbuna does not buy, sell or broker carbon credits and does not provide investment or financial advice. References to projects, regions or markets, including Australia, describe the services Karbuna provides from Dubai and the opportunities it is assessing. They are not a representation that any project will proceed, or any statement about its outcome. You should obtain your own professional advice before making any decision.

The website is not directed at any person in a jurisdiction where its publication or use would be unlawful.

Some content describes plans, intentions or expectations. These statements involve risks and uncertainties, and actual outcomes may differ materially. We do not undertake to update them.
